Canteen was great food quality and quantity was good. They also provide gym to their employees. Pick up and drop is available from thane station.

Management is not supportive, TL are partial. 90% of people who were working in my department were not able to get eligible for the incentives and the salary they offer is not decent

I was in TP's Thane office. There is no proper seeting arrangements, no proper refreshment( very low quality of tea and water and food in canteen). Security is like harassment no mobile, smartwatch, pen,paper etc allowed in office. HR do not have any concern about employees benefit they are seated only to impress management. Simple Funda is Process over you are no more required, whether you are outperformed in earlier month. Manager are like to get work done at any cost and steal your incentives bonus and increament whenever possible.

No expectation abt salary increement beg for pramotion no one can help in management for pramotion and no help if you resign from company, they are not giving you a simple email revert abt resignation acceptance on your mail. Hr and manager can not help on your email resignation. You would be beg for it. No professional behaviour in side floor. No motivation except our GM always motivate only.

Unachievable Targets. Toxic environment TL behaviour No leaves Mental torture. Not got a single leave. TL called the office even after a major accident. Threat From BHR. Work culture is bearish. Mar jao lekin TP mat join karo

Hybrid model. Timely fixed salary but not variable one.

Worthless manager/ Director like Pranav Arneja. Director's own concept was not cleared about subject. No help from Manager, toxic work culture. Favourism clearly shown to Nitish Verma, Gaurav Sharma. Below work life balance. Variable amount not credited as committed. No job security at all. Hire & Fire Process is very common. Minimum Skill development opportunity. Zero work satisfaction. Mad US Manager like David Mac(Mad)Knight.
