Salary and increment is very less. No work life Balance. No bonuses or any types of rewards. If you are employee of the month/employee of the quater or employee of the year they will give just an certificate and trophy that's it.

Compensation is not decent as compared to other buddies. I have to work for 10 -12 hours straight as other team leaders not reporting on time.manager do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.my experience and hard work mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals. I have observed favouritism which is pain part at TP

There is nothing to dislike everything is good enough except salary increment which is little bit slow nothing else.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and that management is transparent. There is huge cqfeteriq and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues..salary is decent but carrer growth is slow
