The management. Salary hike. After 3 years got the promotion. However new associate's salary was higher than me. It was a terrible feelings.

Salary comes on time... If I talk about the promotion and appraisal that is completely depends on your lounge that how long it is... Job security is not at all there after hiring of 40 support staff eg TL, trainer and quality analyst they ask people to leave the organisation by their behaviour and they create situation like that.. they ask supervisors to take calls for 8.5 hrs like an associates this is so bad thing... If it is operational requirements then it's okay to take calls atleast for 1 or 2 days but what the hell man 1 month taking calls like an associate we are hired as a supervisor.. Rotten culture These are the things of TP Kolkata waterside

Culture, Learning, politics, management never try to listen to any employees. It's just like we are management so we will do what ever we want. If you raise you voice, we will pull you previous data and will terminate you. No aim no goal. Just go work come. No learning no development.

I was underpaid, no weekend was there. Only work pressure. I worked for 3 years. Increment was just a pen n paper thing. Hardly 500bugs for CSA. I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

Worst Company I have ever worked with,No employee satisfaction, pathetic HR,No opportunity given when a process is getting ramped down,They are always ready to deduct your salary, incentives,pathetic top management,no job security is there at all,got the job and within 11 months twice they put us on notice period... overall pathetic experience,will never recommend anyone ever for Teleperformance atleast.

...am as well as Top Management,Never got a single help for a simple Pay slip even.Hidden salary deductions are there which is never written clearly in Offer letter.In work from home scenario not a single facility is being provided by the company.Forced employees to buy their own stuff if you want to work or else you can leave.No transparency is there at all..Just pathetic.
