Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? I was working for Thomas Cook pvt ltd process and it has unlimited incentive structure that attracts me to work harder and earn more money.

Dislikes

Alot of politics , favouritism, after good stack ranking no appresal, Management and last but not the least stupid people with no knowledge are getting hike and good people with skills and knowledge regarding job are leaving the company. Tp is really a reputed company with such a good process but due to the politics the people this process gunna shut down one day .. and it's gunna lead a huge impact in employee.

There is no work life balance, there is no proper salary , they are doing us with extra hours other than our shift timings , no proper timings , no proper week offs , full politics in office. No shift allowances, No two way Cab , they are doing just business with employee health. If we are doing night shifts ,if we ask for one day leave they were asking like where is documented proof. Don't waste your career
