The biggest con is the salary. Especially when you have been promoted to the next level internally.

Was a good experience at the office, teammates were familiar and helpful. Management was also helpful and kind.

Appraisal was disappointing. Leaves were not easy to avail. Salary was not enough as per need.

Inspite being a top performer, I did not receive any appreciation or award. No Bonus. No appreciation and lastly no party even if working for long hours and devoting everything for this company

Lot of training programs initiated by learning & development team and got an opportunity to complete six sigma green belt certification, completed mamy projects for process enhancement

No salary hike, promotion, no support from boss, no job security
