Umm, apart from job u can't do your personal things due to work timing as it's rotational shift in every week, and also during off day, u might have to attend the virtual meeting.

They were not supporting at the time of Covid I did not got my salary for last to months and they are referred me to the HR but yet no one has come across and talk to me

It is a very employee centric company. The company pays less salary to the employee Need more priorities and comp.

Work environment with the peers, i.e., managers makes the subordinates feels comfortable with each and every part of learning and never judge us professionally.

Salary as per work load i.e, I am not satisfied with the salary being paid although I am multilingual and in a BPO sector working with multiple language is a deal. No OT benefits, food cards, transport benefits nothing

They did not have good management The management did not have knowledge about the work even the Associates know the work more than them and Management put so much pressure on employees.Even we dont have proper Time to Eat and cancelling the weekoffs. So much Partiality in promotions. i dont suggest any other employee to work there and now work from was closed ,all emplyees under work from home lose their JOBS now.
