There is 100% Job security, If in case any process would be ram down, They shift there employees in another process. Teleperformance is a very big company, So they have lots of opportunities and vacancies are always available. If you have good skills then you have lots of opportunities to grow up. Company culture is very good, There work life balance and work culture is good. All upper staff is supportive and cooperative, They are strick about their policy and procedures. They are specially really strick about their compliance policies. Company culture is modern and friendly. Awesome work place to start new carrier in BPO, There are many opportunities to learn and grow If you have a zeal then this is a right place for you. They mostly provide cabs to their employees and also they provide free meal in some of office location. They also provide good incentive and overtime as per process to process. Nice place to learn, work and grow.

Teleperformance is a very big and good company but there salary packages are little small as per corporate culture. If I will talk about increment part, They are lacking on the same. They should improve there salary and increment plan.

The company has lot of policies for it's client but when it comes to their employees they bare care about them, everytime we hear this candidate got ZTP this candidate got terminated. Clients and the organization itself do not care as they know very well if one employee leaves automatically someone else will automatically com in his/her place as there are thousands of employees working for this company. There is pressure regarding the performance as well.

There is nothing good to say about this company. Bad managers, bad team leaders, stupid rules. No matter what problem you have, any urgency, any trouble you face, these people will not let you take leave. If your house catches fire and you have to go home then the team leaders and managers of the company will ask you to go after a half day. Because whatever was supposed to happen has already happened, what is the point of going on now? So these types of team leaders and managers you will get there. You will have to take permission before going to the washroom, before going for the lunch break just like a school. You will feel that your school days are back. At the end of the day they scold you for not completing your targets and there is no etiquettes, manners nothing. Team leaders will talk to you as if you have asked for a share in their property. The managers will treat you like a servant. Everything depends on the politics of the company. You have to be involved in each and every gossip that is going on in the office (wheather it is good or bad); only then you will get promoted; otherwise, you are just a servant for them and nothing else.
