When the business goes down they don't hesitate to layoff the employee in days. When the issues in the project are reported the management doesn't interfere and take necessary steps to control the damage. Whatever the client says becomes final without any query and response. Worst management practices. Never join this company unless there is a compulsion.

...going. Once the time passes, they will neglect you later they will ignore you. If you want to work what they pay then you are a on-going employee of the Organization for tones of years. But you will not improve wise you life and goals. Company will grow but they won't about Individual grow. As per market standards salary will be given is a bluff word used by TechM as punch line.
