Cross skilling is one of the good initiatives tcs undertakes.. you can really upskill yourself

No promotions, no salary hikes or market corrections. When it comes to promotions they will only give the promotions to all those sloppy guys who's been in the company for 10 15 years without any promotions and being auto due for a promotions. Would strictly not recommend any individuals to join tcs if they want career growth.

...I am still a BPO 1 no matter how many exams I give I am never going to go ahead. I thot I would someday see growth in my position and my package but I now realised I wasted all these years.

Except job security and insurance they provide is good. Other than that very bad place to work

...nd HR wont have minimum sense, they put rules to employees but they dont follow. Also 10 hrs they make employees work and they dont give extra pay also.

In TCS you will get 100% job security, management depends upon your team. Company policies are excellent in terms of work, employee's rights, women empowerment etc. Cafeteria and gym are so clean, neat and well maintained. Insurance policy is great.

In TCS employees get demotivated because of appraisals, promotion and salary increment I will never recommend anyone for career in TCS because of above reasons. Management allocate you in any domain if process shifted to another location or agreement gets over. People are struggling to get fair salary for there job but company does not care about it. TCS salary not beat the inflation (backend BPO)

If u r career oriented avoid joining tcs. If u want govt job feeling with less compensation then only join this organization.

Compensation and growth is not there at all. Being a big brand in the market but very selfish management. They do charity all over the world and very careless for their employees
