Job satisfaction and people are working here from more then 15 year because of comfort zone.

Dislikes

No bonus , no increment , not even a packet of sweets in Diwali or any fastival and if u get A in a year u will get 5% to 7% salary hike .

TCS has good working environment and being a most valued brand there are lots of opportunities for people who would achieve.

Dislikes

Specifically for people who would like to get more salary they will not get expected salary, otherwise it's goods if anyone with family in hometown.

It's a great company for the people who have experienced. And job security is the best part of TCS. I am not saying work pressure is less but less than other MNC companies.

Salary scale for freshers. Promotion and increment is too less .

At the time of hr discussiing salary it was like she is giving money from her own pocket, very limited hike

10 hrs shift to be shown only 9 in timesheet, cafeteria smells very bad(powai) pantries are like small call centers are much better
