They changed salary structure as per candidate job desire. if you want to work they offer you and after some time they denied about their promise and forced you to work in less money.

No work pressure, but if you are ambitious enough in life then this cannot be the place for you.

Dislikes

Worst salary giver across industry No hybrid work culture Politics in too much visible and they all do it infront of you. Because they know Senior Management will support them. No growth with same project. Management have their favorite kids, they want them only to grow. It doesn't matter how much u work hard you will never get your dues.

They give you job security but the work culture is so worst that it makes you resign . No worklife balance and the HRs at TCS don’t respond to your mails even after mailing them 20 times in 2 months.
