They are more data centric and avoid looking after their employees. They offer growth but it's not explained how it works. I got promoted to a Unit Manager but they have not given it on paper not they have increased my salary . So doing a job with higher responsibility but being paid as a agent.

I do not like anything about TCS it's been 2 months my salary is on hold because of an HR mistake. And TCs still say that there are many approval required

The Salary is what people focus on and trust me, in TCS salary is not an issue. The work ethic is biased as it is in every organization. My experience was great at TCS Only and Only due to our trainers ARJUNAN & GRACIAN. ( TCS does not deserve honorable people like them )

READ THIS CAREFULLY , FOR I WRITE AS IT IS! (TCS- NKP, GOREGAON EAST) This isn't just my experience but also what I have observed throughout 2 years of my stay. THE Highest MANAGEMENT THEMSELVES ARE WALKING CLUELESS PEOPLE. Apart from money there's nothing big or great about working here. if your are looking for growth.. please think 100 times. They can and will fire people for cost cutting for any lame XYZ reason. ( NO, I wasn't fired) , if you looking for respect? this is not the place regardless the experience you hold. comparatively my experience with INTELENET has been the best. All you would find here growing is bureaucracy and conspiracy against you, even worse if you are good at your job, because they need donkeys in the business and in their noose. THE CAFETERIA & THE FOOD is PATHETIC !! The food has the power to make you fall sick in no time. The MEDICLAIM is GREAT!! supports cashless from the time admitted, make sure you know the procedures handy. TRANSPORT is TERRIBLE. LATE!! LAME!! and takes forever for you to go back home!! NOTE: Work only if you are in need of money and don't mind being dragged around and pressurized for stupid attributes. AND THERE IS NO JOB SECURITY!! You're Welcome in ADAVNCE!!

Average experience. Yes TCS is very biased with its Contract employees & permanent employees with ref to salary and many other things.

Top most thing is salary to its contract employees. Can u imagine Employee holding m.com degree paid 9k

There is nothing more to like to be working as a customer service executive.bcz there is no job security, and career growth and poor salary as well. And the only thing that ilike there is nothing but the coordination of our teammates.
