Work culture is bad , only smoking break are given , the management just want the employees to work like robot, even if you are one minute late they will send emails across the floor, and also incentive structure is very bad every thing impacts your incentive, Politics happens on the work floor Most of the people don't have friendly nature , if you are working in this company you will never work in peace

Best thing I was offered here was a hike on my previous salary. The training period was boring and rules were very strict in training itself where colleagues are lectured for exceeding their break by even ONE Second, I am not exaggerating. You get used to be on time later on. Hitting the floor, in your MO phase, you will start seeing the politics and favouritism by Management. This company is best for girls if you are looking for a job, this is the place. For guys, please do not bother to work here as most of the department have men as their Managers and there is a lot of favouritism and partiality for girls who are less qualified than you. Your efforts, time management, attendance are never looked upon if you're a guy and they expect you to come at any cost even if the city is flooded. I guess I was unlucky to join this particular department where the Management and HR are villains.

... to swap the shift when in need as you may have to call them and beg for a swap. Facilities are not good comparatively, as I got a hike on my salary things in this company started getting expensive (cafeteria). You will have to earn your incentives twice - once during your BAU and then try to save it from lapsing due to the impossible parameters set by company and management. I've lost around 4-5k in my incentives for not meeting my parameters by just couple of seconds. Growth seems to be an impossible option as they consider your tenure in the company and not quality of work one is giving, by tenure I mean it takes 4-5 years of experience on the same chair to move to the higher chair. Our AM is in the same position since 7 years. 7 YEARS OF ONE'S LIFE FOR A CARROT. I'm planning to quit this company at the earliest hence I dropped by Naukri to search for new jobs

1. The Upper management is worst (HR,Manager,Senior Manager) 2. zero work life balance employees have personal lives too they made us work extra If clients target is not met that too without OT 3. If client will ask for our lives Techm will also offer client that too like client is superior to any employee working in Techm 4. If client has so much demand then payscale should also be at that level but no its very low 5. Promotions and appraisals are once in a blue moon in this organization only if you are lucky enough 6. Asking for leaves is biggest challenge here if you ask it upper management will act like you are asking for there lives plus its so low like 21 leaves a year like seriously !? 7. HR is discriminating between process only ones who are there favs get events,brunchs ,parties & we got nothing

When I join Tech Mahindra I think I will work harder and amateur but in bhubaneswar tech Mahindra all thing are very terrible. The team leader is asking for people Drinking alcohol and we*d My team leader is never asked because he know how I am. As I am not sitting with him for drinks and smoking he doesn't like me every time torture shouting.

...rs and the team leaders doing inside the office for that reason.i left that job. And the salary is so less did you people paying 12k a associate. My last withdraw salary is Rs.14288 of 1.8years experience. 1.8 years experience no promotion and increment is 2k only. For this thing I am not getting better hike in any company. Where the freshers are getting 17k take-home salary I am also getting the same in present job and upcomming offer of jobs. Literally every company HR shocked when I said my last take is 14k and my experience is 1.8Yrs they just shocked. Tech Mahindra Bhubaneswar site all from.top to button all are corrupt.
