Nothing that stands out.

Dislikes

1. Compensation, hikes, appraisals are terrible. 2. WFO is being forced on associates. Different rules for different account for return to office. Non-centralized organization. 3. Work is not valued. 4. Managers have -ve managerial skills. 5. HRs are unprofessional and lack basic manners. Don't know how they are hired with such street brut personality. 6. They do all sorts of micro-mgmt and dirty politics so that you get frustrated and resign. Then they won't have to fire people in masses thus saving them from a -ve spotlight and giving a vague notion to people about job security.

job security is the best part here. company culture and ethics are also greatbecause it TATA. Most of the government project and national level projects are likely to coming here. Depending on the type of project you are getting your life and experience will be super good or super bad.

very less pay scale and growth. even appraisals are given in penneies. if it is your first job, then you will be stuck at the same salary bracket for a very long time and andit's very difficult to get digital or innovator profiles being in a project which require too much effort from your side,and occasionally they keep changing the rooms and conditions also.

...only 25% of workforce will work from office by 2025 now has changed their words. Woth no work life balance, and minimum salary bands, I feel it's an organization forcing their employees to scramble with stupid policies. Being such a big organization, it should lead the Digital work Real life. But again, it is promoting and forcing employees to WFO inefficiently. It is an organization which don't give increments and promotions even if you are getting 5/5 points in reviews. In name of promotion, you will get more work and responsibilities without any increase in salary. In one word, the suffocation is increasing day by day in TCS. Also, Somebody, once joined TCS at early stage feels incompetent to the job market.
