...ct though but my project surely was boring , with worst mangers and colleagues 2 they tell u to work extra time everyday and also on sat sun with no salary benefit 3 . I left within a year and got nice hike too Start studing side by side if you are facing similar prob in tcs and leave asap because it's your future , we don't get anything from company apart from tag

The Project Managers and HRs in TCS will understand the employee personal life emergency situations and help them by making their work comfortable..my personal experience was at father's demise...my father passed away in January.. I'm the only son to perform Rituals and holding upon family responsibilities...for the entire month of January they gave me work relaxation and I've just attended meetings and small works which I can do from home..

As cost of living increasing they should more percentage of hike or increasing salary package is better..

The most likely thing is we have best work-life balance here. There will be no pressure at all. And the other best quality is Job security. TCS will never fire it's employees unless they are against the HR policies.

Dislikes

...ect more exposure and learning opportunities which I think we don't find in TCS. And regarding the compensation benifits, I didn't get any such in my 2 years experience. If you want to keep your work life balance without expecting much in future TCS will be best.

...ob security.. during covid I didn't have system and haven't worked for 2months.. still tcs completely paid my salary.

Very hard to shift projects.. we doesn't have option to choose role..

... not so good. Most of the projects run on junior resources. Hikes are very less. Even after 2 years, you will receive the same salary that you received for the first month.
