The project didn't given at all and salary is very less compared to other MNCs. It's very dislike about proper projects not giving to freshers it's main the reason many people not developed skills on the bench and deciding to resign 😞

You have great scope of Learning here and growth perspective is great as well. So Its a great place to be if you are more focused about learning and growing.

Dislikes

Salaries are not so good , that's a great disappointing factor. If you care about the Salary more its not a great place to be. The resource allocation is bad as well. Depend on yourself and look out for the employees working on the Tech you want to be approach them and get pooled.

I found a lot of help from my seniors and also Very flexible they are ready to teach you any technology from scratch the leave balance is also good.

What I don't like is the salary. It is too low and also the increment should be increased.

Please increase the salary every 6 months once, it will help employees and like encourage to work as well, and please take ex employees again to work in TCs again that is good

Likes

TCS offers good work life balance and average skill development. Once you are in they rarely fire. They have variety of projects where you will be mapped according to your skill even if you are average or poor in skill.

Dislikes

Poor salary hikes, Removal of hybrid mode. And Poor promotions. Only disadvantages of TCS job as a fresher is less money.
