It's the Mindset , every time they are thinking of cost cutting. They don't use Microsoft office, Outlook, Teams...you can understand the label of cost cutting. And CTC and the amount you will receive is different.

TCS is best with respect to job secuirity until and unless you break any company ethics.

But if you are fresher or your current salary is less and you are switching only to stay in TCS for long time period then don't join. Join TCS if your current salary is 4-5 times than the market standard for the same role with same years of experince.

Excellent company to work in later part of your career and retire. Unmatched job security and lot of on-site opportunities.

Salary hike and bad retention policy. Worst thing is you cannot join back once you resign.

Apart from Salary on time and job security, nothing is good here. Especially for freshers

No appraisal, no appreciation, no promotion on time, no fair rating, no Indian holidays, Had to work on Diwali, Chhath,Durga Puja, etc. No release from project. You get stuck in one project forever. No HR support. HR is of no use. Disgusting management. No career growth no financial growth. No exposure.

I am here since two year(joined as fresher), in two year I have done major work, from developing complex component in angular/react to developing applications. In short I will equivalent or can say more efficiently than my senior who have experience like 5-7-8 years. The only thing hurts me, tcs doesn't recognise skill and talent of employees. Even senior from my team and other team frequently reaches for doubt, no i am not praising myself, but telling truth then why am I doing here, I don't know . I am trying to switch to company since last 4-5 month but didn't get a single call from good company (
