TCS do provide with good medical policies for employee and there family also. The work culture is great. Company policies are employee friendly. Hike is not that great but i like the structure of all employee getting same hike as per performance band.

Salary may be less for people who join at beginning of career and intend to stay longer time.

Job is fully secured. Many learning platform, Great work life balance, management is very lenient. Work pressure are very different for different employees as it's depends on projects they are working. Company medical policy is very good for employees and their family. Work culture is different in different projects.

Compensation and benefits are terrific, most employees are underpaid if they start their career from TCS.

Tcs is the best company to work for, high job security and job satisfaction. The only thing not good is compensation, apart from that tcs is like a second home, it has the best work culture.
