Employee friendly company. Gives free hand to employees to work . Lots of opportunity but if not looked properly then will end up in comfort zone. It also depends on manager to manager. Was lucky that major part of the time got good managers.

Dislikes

Compensation, kind of projects, which will impact carrier growth . Mostly monetary is very less for someone who has been with this company from start. Treatment for employees sometime is very bad if you dont have good rappo with managers.

Congenial working environment,lots of opportunities for learning. However office politics might be the reason for stymied growth.

Growth may get stymied due to office politics. Salary growth is not so satisfactory and one may not get to work in a profile of their choice

Salary growth is very low as compared other bpo company for freshers and experience employees politics they think that we are the only boss

job security is the best part here. company culture and ethics are also greatbecause it TATA. Most of the government project and national level projects are likely to coming here. Depending on the type of project you are getting your life and experience will be super good or super bad.

very less pay scale and growth. even appraisals are given in penneies. if it is your first job, then you will be stuck at the same salary bracket for a very long time and andit's very difficult to get digital or innovator profiles being in a project which require too much effort from your side,and occasionally they keep changing the rooms and conditions also.

...only 25% of workforce will work from office by 2025 now has changed their words. Woth no work life balance, and minimum salary bands, I feel it's an organization forcing their employees to scramble with stupid policies. Being such a big organization, it should lead the Digital work Real life. But again, it is promoting and forcing employees to WFO inefficiently. It is an organization which don't give increments and promotions even if you are getting 5/5 points in reviews. In name of promotion, you will get more work and responsibilities without any increase in salary. In one word, the suffocation is increasing day by day in TCS. Also, Somebody, once joined TCS at early stage feels incompetent to the job market.
