Everything is good here except salary and appraisal

I am here since two year(joined as fresher), in two year I have done major work, from developing complex component in angular/react to developing applications. In short I will equivalent or can say more efficiently than my senior who have experience like 5-7-8 years. The only thing hurts me, tcs doesn't recognise skill and talent of employees. Even senior from my team and other team frequently reaches for doubt, no i am not praising myself, but telling truth then why am I doing here, I don't know . I am trying to switch to company since last 4-5 month but didn't get a single call from good company (

Work life balance is good than most IT companies

Salary is too low....if you work in a tea stall the percentage increment is more than TCS....IF u want an easy life without growth(both in technology and in salary) then TCS is the place to go...but if you are competitive exam aspirant then no IT company is better than TCS....you will get time to read for other exams here which can't be found in anywhere else

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Once I can left the job can't join the TCS back.

Working in TCS was a great experience. The team which I worked were very supportive. Manager was cool. But however coming to promotion, it was not done on time. May be due to pandemic, they are keeping on hold for some time. Do not expect more salary hike ( Aprraisal Cycle) like 15% as this organization provides job security. If i have given the choice, to choose the company which you want to retire, I would definitely choose this company. The most important i like in TCS is the Health Insurance Policies. One of the best I have seen till now.

...tics in the team. However it totally depends with the team you are working with. Salary is decent. You cannot expect much hike.

...ble management and user friendly environment will add further to its reputation.But the only thing i can complaint about is the salary structure and hike rate.Except this its a top class industry from all perspective.
