Learned a lot from the projects, but due to current recession scenario no projects are available currently. Given a good mixture of WLB.

Dislikes

No clear employee appraisal policies. Salary is the lowest in the whole industry. They will still treat you like a freshers after 2.5 years.

It is a good company to start a career. The training before project allocation is very good and highly skilled trainer gives training. once someone allocated to the project gets a chance to skill up themself.

Dislikes

As a fresher salary is very less and after 1.5 to 2 years salary hike is very less. Before training the stream and After training project allocation are both totally dependent on luck, someone might or might not get a good stream and a good project. However, there are good numbers of development projects.

...10:30pm and let's not talk about salaries, 3.6LPA is a lie. You basically get 2.4LPA, and imagine staying at all T1,T2 cities with that salary. WFH saves a lot of money and hassles, and they're slowly transitioning to WFO, I don't think it matters for high level employees but for entry level employees where you have to spend half your salary on rent, this is real bad.

...et you work on obsolete softwares that should be decommissioned in modern times. Too much team politics and most importantly no salary growth.

Good work culture . Specially for women candidate. Lots of thhings to learn. In COVID zero job cut. Fully worked from home. No such pressure.
