Everything is terrible and only job security is little bit good as per Company policy and it is also possible just because of extremely low salary, they are gonna never fire you but indirectly make you to give resignation.

Dislikes

Such low salary even less than stipend of a student. Office politics is high. Managerial behaviour and attitude is really worse than anything. Poor appraisal and hike that doesn't reflect in your monthly salary even. The work that never gives you any learning and experience. Lastly, behaviour of supervisor and management, it's like you are doing slave here.
