The current manager is very understanding and supportive and helps me in enhancing my skills

The salary is too less basis the work we do and also the salary is not equal or close to equal for the employee at the same level. The appraisals ratings are given way to low which doesn't help increase our salary we are not eligible for incentives too which is kind of hard seeing the increase in inflation.

The work culture is very peaceful and the salary is pretty fair compared to other other companies as Sutherland provides a much better package even to freshers. The best salary packages in the industry.

If you are hired on a contractual basis like I was there is no job security at all if the process to which you are hired is unsuccessful or if there is no more requirement for so many head counts they will just as you to go home. Maybe you will be notified a 2 days or maximum a week before that to just casually they will tell you may lose your job and they will just tell you to go home. Since they are hiring you for a contractual role you won't get any compensation or any other supports.

The team meets will be very nice and caring. Company will give tickets for amusement parks or some out door activities to make you relax once every 5 to 6 months of time. If you are a fresher and want to get a decent job and gain experience in bpo sector this might be good.

Dislikes

... permanent job, even though you have performed well they might fire you anytime. Transportation will be given one way, which is also not free they will take the amount from your salary. Morning shift will be good but other timings will not be safe for us especially if you are women. Work life balance will not be great due to the shift timings provided.

Very worst salary package, promotion, TL,Managers... In Sutherland 6 days working one days week off Including government holidays.... Best suggestion don't choose any one Sutherland company and don't believe any fake advertisements.....
