Just a decent salary with job security as they have lot of work in US market.

Work life balance is zero as we use to sit for 12-13hrs daily, also promotion is depends upon how ur rleationship is with ur manager.

PwC is good in giving Salary. It gives the best salary in Industry.

Dislikes

Apart from salary there is nothing good at PwC. No growth, no quality work, worst work culture, no promotion, no work life balance. They don't value their employees. Data entry work and too much pressure.

Compensation package - CTC . Company should really improve on the CTC part . They should pay/ retain employees how much they actually deserve rather than going by the average standard market hike.

Just the petty tag of Big4 and being able to work for the biggest global companies.

... their favourite employees while you cannot take 5 days off for your wedding. 8. Single digit salary growth year on year. 9. No space to climb designations, the space is cluttered with old tenured employees. 10. The list is too long.

PwC is a good company to be honest. I am based at kolkata location and they give like very good salary hike if you join them, the yearly appraisals are also quite handsome. Work environment is also fantastic and everybody helps you.

Dislikes

Nothing as such, but one thing is that PwC values CA more than a graduate with 5-6 year's of experience. They will always go for the CA guy's irrespective of how he will work in an SDC setup, where we generally work with foreign client's and I have seen many CAs with no MNC experience struggle, but still.
