Not much to like about the place apart from amazing teammates.

Dislikes

Team and process was poorly managed. Recognition for good work was far fetched. Compensation was extremely poor. Work life balance is a distant dream for this place.

The first thing I have liked here is the work culture and environment. People are very much welcoming in nature and always helpful. Moreover, the other perks and benefits also satisfy the employees.

Dislikes

...'t make sense to hire too many highly experienced professionals and B.Tech guys. Also, the firm needs to re-think about the compensation and the yearly bonus for all employees and especially the ground level staffs. Its not at all up to the mark compared to the efforts employees put in throughout the year.

Great work culture but very stressful and there is nothing to learn. Job satisfaction will be less but u will get a lot of office party and a good salary.

The likes and dislikes may vary based on the project you are in within each stream in PwC. I work in payments transformation in Advisory , here the work like balance is good and the team is supportive, for me.

Dislikes

... discussions are a bit frustrating since the hr wont budge to your negotiations. Hence the salary wont be what is expected when moving companies.

Likes

...e is enough potential for growth if you like to work in the offshore segment. 2. The salary is good. 3. Good experience if you want to move out of India in other AC's or Onshore teams. Although there have been less opportunity to move to the onshore team recently.

Dislikes

1. There is no concept of work life balance. There seems to be busy season all around the year specially in EUM and TMT Industry. 2. If your manager has a habbit of micromanagement then it is going to be very difficult to grow in your job. 3. Minimal to no client facing audit experience.
