Working at Pwc was awesome in terms of pay and benefits. But if you are looking for good work life balance than this is not the place for you.

Dislikes

Long working hours, bad management, poor politics, the CA and Non-CA topic.

Note Above ratings are based on the team I am working with. 1. Great learning. 2. Good salary. 3. There some good Manager's in team recently who are doing exceptional job. 4. Great brand value. 5. Steps are being taken to standardise the process.

Dislikes

1. Work life balance is zero. 2. Promotion are a hit and a miss. No standard metric to evaluate a candidate. 3. A lot of attrition which has reduced quite a bit which is a good thing. 4. So much of uncertainty in the team. 5. No proper communication within the team members. 6. A lot of ad-hoc request even if it not you work people call you directly on to your phone. 7. Some policies are not cool.

Nothing I gave interview for datascience role through campus placement, they put me in SDE, pay is worst as well. 8.5LPA base for SDE when others pay double

Everything , no WLF, NO salary, not nice colleagues, very high expectations,

Great people, great environment although this may differ from project to project and individual people behavior. Perks are very good. High cover health insurance, L&D benefits, awesome flexibility and additional self enrolled fund benefit for near and dear one (applicable on individual selection)

Dislikes

...ome leadership do micro management which affects adversely to the mental health. Major dislike is initially you will get a good salary if you switch from any other company to PwC. But in appraisal expecting much may disappoint you.
