Working at Pwc was awesome in terms of pay and benefits. But if you are looking for good work life balance than this is not the place for you.

The job was quite monotonous. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there were no formal training provided. I learnt everything on the job.

No job security, easy layoffs PwC digital is having so much of micro management. Opportunities, hikes and promotions are based on the good relationship if you have with your manager Poor concept of coach and RL Poor recognition of hard work

Seasons are terrible. It's understandable that industry is like that but there is no equal distribution of work. If you good at work, if you work honestly you will be given more and more work. Working till 2am and 3 am is normal and no saturdays and sundays during seasons..During the time of recognition the reply from coach is we will try next time. Absolutely good line to earn at the cost of health because with time things get worse, people do age and then after long time switching is a challenge... 1. Work life balance is zero. 2. Promotion are a hit and a miss. No standard metric to evaluate a candidate. 3. A lot of attrition which has reduced quite a bit which is a good thing. 4. So much of uncertainty in the team. 5. No proper communication within the team members. 6. A lot of ad-hoc request even if it not you work people call you directly on to your phone. 7. Some policies are not cool.
