1. They don't know how to run IT services as they were more into taxation. 2. You need to make so many people happy in order to get promotion. 3. Thier leaders do not have any leadership qualities. 4. Your voice will not be heard. 5. No Job Security. 6. Very much micro management. 7. Every one is unhappy. 8. So much politics. 9. Every one begging for projects like anything. 10. Full of Sadness everywhere. 11. To much working hours. 12. False committment to clients cause people suffer at downstream. 13. 1. There is enough potential for growth if you like to work in the offshore segment. 2. The salary is good. 3. Good experience if you want to move out of India in other AC's or Onshore teams. Although there have been less opportunity to move to the onshore team recently.

Dislikes

1. There is no concept of work life balance. There seems to be busy season all around the year specially in EUM and TMT Industry. 2. If your manager has a habbit of micromanagement then it is going to be very difficult to grow in your job. 3. Minimal to no client facing audit experience.

For the people who don't crib about work life balance and other dumb things, this is a great place to work. You will have work and will learn a lot of things on the go. You'll feel very relevant with the world and the work you will be getting.

Like every other service based organization here too you have a very large team so the processes and accesses are defined as per hierarchy which requires the total understanding of all the work for getting a new feature added to any application.

You can learn new things and take up new roles. So thats a plus point which you do not get so easily in other companies. Team is good just higher management needs to be better.

The managers or senior manager you work with that depends work life balance, culture. Some totally ruin your life by working 14 hours a day.

Peers are mostly not that tech savy. Most people donot know things. People who have to do everything. And I mean everything.

Worst work life balance is a myth in pwc, management is toxic. They do not treat employee with respect , less pay, more work, no pay for extra time worked , managers will force employee to work from home

It has been great experience working in PwC India for last 2 years. Overall work culture, job satisfaction and quality of work is really good. Also everyone is very supportive whenever needed. Medical Insurance policy is great though copay is raised to 15% from this year. Hybrid work policy is another key aspects here.

Dislikes

There is always a good learning path in this company but only problem is one might difficulty to extract some times for learn things as work pressure remains constant and high most of the times. Also compensation wise, PwC is renowned but unfortunately last year hike percentage was very bad. Hope this will improve from the coming years.

Overall PwC is a pretty nice place to work in. Specially in Bangalore, the attitude of management is supportive, personal growth is focussed on and job security is present.

In the internal audit field for the indian companies the travels the travel exhaust us.

Almost no learning, no advanced tools are being used to deliver project. They have been giving <5% increment for last 2 years straight. They lure new joiners by giving a good jump, but increments are negligible. No exposure to clients
