If you are on bench, it would be very difficult to get project. 90 days bench perior, or you are asked to resign. No Work Force Management (WFM) is of any help in company. Company need to think of handling people on bench in better way.

It depends on project to project. From my experience, I like work-life balance, skill development sessions, and company culture.

Dislikes

Comparatively lower salaries, less annual salary hike, less promotions, frequent change in management and gap between management and employees.

Work environment is good. Work life balance is setistecotry. High chance that you will not get project specific to your domain, but any how that will be managed.

Dislikes

There is no hike, you Winll not get the arrears. You have to fill the apprisel form and do other activity but you have been paid the same amount on which you hired atleast for two to three years.

The compensation is good however I appreciate if it could be more competitive.
