I like the most in opportunity to learn new things from the Learning portal and finding interest in working and contributing to delivering the excellence. I like about the supportive environment and benefits on work life.

I strongly dislike about inadequate compensation.

Likes

Only liking is that it's a service based mass hiring company with multiple projects.

Dislikes

Salary is too low. They are slave to client and breaks the norm of not working during day hours.Late night calls at around 12 am is very common.

Likes

1. Company culture is good. 2. Mindtree has its own skill development portal, so any Mindtree minds can take those courses from internal or external vendors and keep up to date with new technologies. 3. Managers are encouraging the team for any certifications or learning new technologies. 4. There are career growth and lots of opportunities inside Mindtree. 5. In times of Pandemic, they didn't reduce the salary not fire the people, as a large number of people are on the bench because of COVID. 6. There is a positive attitude in each project that "Client First".

Dislikes

1. Compensation could be better. Not up to the market.

Likes

For the freshers, It is a very good organisation to start the profile.Moderate Salary and too much variable pay deduction. Work environment is very good but there are many projects running on saturday and sunday so work life is avarage.

Dislikes

Salary and perks, Exams and Mandatory sessions to be cleared to go next level but no use of completing it since there will not be any project assigned to work with the latest technologies.

Bench is of 2 months only, and after that firing, 30-40% of sallry component is billable bonus which is given only if you are on project, No work life balance, projects are picked on short time basis with critical development and employees are made to work on weekends also, and once project is over people are released immediately.
