Very bad environment and worst management and hr. Make employees work for free and never gives salary. Joined last month and never got the salary till now. Worst fraud company ever. Fraud globiva. Never recommend this to anyone or else your future will spoil.

They are providing incentive which is conditional based.

...ome office even you are not fine, if they don't come. They eat their incentives. Salary is very less.. Some employees worked in uthe office even in chickenpox.

Worst part of globiva is their salary paying date,like I joined this company on 1 dec ,2023,and my salary was credited in my account on 5 jan,they pay salary in second month's fifth day,this is seriously not fair with employees who are giving their 9 hours a day on a regular baisis

...e to reach their at 9:30 am and I was log out after 8:30 pm from the first day . I never seen in my life and the company also fraud my salary is not giving I would suggest everyone don't do the same mistake don't go their for work your life will be hell
