The work culture is of stone era. The management is full of old school hitlers who are never open to suggestions. They are reluctant to make even tiniest of change.

Nothing but torture, demotivate people don't provide good salary

They do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why take back my suggestions of the times. I do not receive any appreciation. They treat employees like slave especially managers. Few supervisor don't even know process unable to answer doubts or query and act as if they know everything. They know nothing but very interested in others personal life. Few supervisors are very hardworking and knowledgeable but most of them are useless. Politics Politics Politics... Initially during my training days it was fun and nice however had very bad experience with this company.

Teammates and learning teammates are nice persons and Good in team activity. Firstsource is Good place to learn about career and people

Salary and appraisal are very worst there is no correcf salary for persons working in healthcare exchange.. No cab facilities no free Food providing

Just the recruitment Team is good helping the candidate to get hired.

...ring 3 rounds of interview I was told I was not selected but without any reason. Ops manager just wrote rejected on a paper and the recruitment team is like did you discuss package or you might have over experience for this position. There is no clear communication on what's the main reason for not hiring. Even after clearing every round of interview.

Unless you get into sky process, please don't opt unless you're a fresher. Firstly the pay is less than market value and they will keep changing your process as per their requirements. While the changes they do not consider any incentives amount and pay you less than the previous process! Too much politics in a few processes, how hard you work doesn't make any difference.
