Management is maniac. Process HR is chapri. TL's are khachre type creature with 0% process knowledge. No increment, 0% chance of grow. People are already decided for IGP's.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I liked the most about the company is that the salary credits on last date of the month. Moreover if the last day is sunday then it credits a day prior from last day.

Dislikes

Lots of politics and tech mahindra is not at all a employee centric company. Moreover company policies and the HR staff never cares about your family.

Worked for Non-IT BPM domestic voice process of Narayana Health, due to worst management and horrible people taken exit from the company. People harrassing like anything, no one following POSH Only For IT folks company is very good

Throughout the training period, the trainers were extremely supportive, and during the production phase, subject matter experts offered invaluable guidance. Furthermore, the provision of a fixed rotational week off helped create a well-balanced work environment.

Dislikes

The company enforces strict working hours of eight hours per day, along with a one-hour break. While the company culture is generally positive and encourages employees to work hard, the level of pressure is significant and can be quite challenging. Unfortunately, I did not receive any promotion during my time in this role, nor did any of my colleagues. This job demands a lot from its employees while offering little in return, resulting in a lack of job satisfaction.
