Work culture and management are good. Job security is there and you can always learn grow internally once you are eligible to apply for igp learn a lot from this company and met some good people and negative too haha

Salary is less here as the process I was with is domestic process and appraisal is like tortoises and 6 days a week is pathetic and week off are like hell and you always have to work for more than 7days and more to get your week off

Woked as senior customer support executive for about 2 years let me tell you for freshers it's good you will develop skills experience and you know about how cooperative life works work for one year get experience certificate and get out

There is no salary increment salary is fixed and work pressure is too much if you want leaves you have to beg for it

Good work and environment Team mates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a cafeteria and company policy are good. There are opportunity for career growth {IJP}

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address or issues salary is decent but career growth is slow career growth is pathetic for IGP also pre plan system is there

... almost 5 yrs here in this company what I got in return all benefits taken down. No salary hike, no good culture, no growth opportunities basically this place is just for Fun nothing else don't join.
