Employees are often forced to work beyond their shifts without adequate compensation. Policies like "Blackout Days," introduced during festivals to restrict leave, exacerbate dissatisfaction. Even taking sick or emergency leave is an ordeal, with managers expecting prior notice for unforeseen circumstances—an unreasonable expectation in any work environment. 3. Promotions/Appraisal: Annual appraisals are more of a myth at Concentrix. Despite being a top performer, I received only a 2% salary increase over two years. The company frequently modifies its policies to limit employee eligibility for appraisals, creating frustration and dissatisfaction among the workforce. 4. Skill Development/Learning: There are no avenues for skill development or professional growth. The demanding work environment leaves no time or opportunity for employees to enhance their skills or broaden their knowledge base. 5. Work Satisfaction: Work satisfaction is minimal, especially for those in operations. Employees are treated more like machines than humans, with frequent and impractical changes to KPIs driven by client demands. This creates a high-pressure environment and leaves employees feeling unvalued and unsupported. 6. Company Culture: The company culture is riddled with bias, especially when it comes to growth and promotions. Favoritism is prevalent, and deserving employees often find themselves overlooked for career advancement. Conclusion: Overall, Concentrix has significant room for improvement in multiple areas, particularly in addressing labor law compliance, employee well-being, and fairness in workplace policies. While the company may have its strengths, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I cannot recommend it to those seeking a balanced and fulfilling work environment.

... never saw her giving respect to the people who r in below position than her ... many employees are leaving the company just because of her) are seeing us as a maids and no growth no salary hikes i worked there for 2years but i got only 1200rs(600rs per year) hike for 2 years not only me everyone is getting the same hike and coming to OT's they will always irritate us to extend our shift and asking us to work on our off's without paying extra.....Simply they made us to work more to earn very less.... please don't join in this organization u will definitely feel regret

Work environment is very bad only because of SME Amith from federal bank process , that guy thinking that he is the owner of concentric and treating agent like - , Don't know how to respect others , did informed to HR many times but there is no use If any HR team seeing this please do enquire about TL Bharath and SME amith with agents do take action for better environment and workplace

Worst company, No career growth and they won't provide promotion and appraisal even they will deduct salary & year by year at least they should increase salary but in this company salary will decease if you stay here longer time & work life they will torture and indirectly make us leave company.
