In simple they will pressure you like hell in offer letter the working days would be Monday to Friday but in reality they will call you to work on Sunday, everyday they will told to attend the meeting aprat from you job timings, they won't give you time for a minute once a call get ended they told you take another call

Likes

Apart from promotion, everything is good in this Company including salary hike which we're getting approximate 7.5-10% yearly, job security, teammates & seniors, managers & HR, work life balance, fixed working time, improving soft skills and company culture etc.

Dislikes

Career growth is too slow and less salary hike.

The things I like about the company is that employees have a job security. Even if a process gets shutdown due to any reason, they try to retain the employees from that process by taking them in other on-going process. And there is an opportunity to get promoted every once in a while.

Dislikes

...de skill development training properly and expect a self learning from everyone. And the salary hike is never satisfactory. The yearly hikes are based on performance and performance is based on survey generation which is not quite easy.

Likes

Good environment and friendly people who are all helpful and kind. Company policy is good and the increment of the salary is based on performance. Freshers can apply for experience.

Dislikes

The salary is descent but not that satisfactory at first.. Can earn more only when you do overtime or depending on the performance ratings.

Company policy, fun Friday’s and team leads. Cab service and occasional fun activities.

Dislikes

...e making mockery of CTC by committing one thing and issuing absolutely less CTC. Pay hikes, cafeteria, compensation, micro management.
