Salary increments is not good and work pressure will be more and no fun at work. We should not listen to music always we should work as a robots and break timings are horrible we should not extend not even 5minutes.

I have submited an assessment 2 weeks back but still i haven't received any response so iam very disappointed since i have experience of working with same company iam badly in need of wfh

...e so for that the company will inform you about the higher position in office...and comming to salary part yaa am little bit upset about it but concentrix give unlimited incentive...#there is no limit or like somebody will stop you after you get 50,000rs as incentives cz that's earning part is dependend upon you which I like #the most so Overall I want to to say that yes it's a very good experience.

I came across many team members who are really helpful and they are like one of our family member. Team lead are too good and supportive too.

Dislikes

Compensation is quite good. There is no growth what I feel. The worst part of the job is that I have to take 1hour of break that too need a permission. It's really pathetic.

...ism. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
