...nisation. I should hv listened to my friends who told me not to join Concentrix. The pay scale is less compared to the work load. They dont care for their female employees. Sorry to say but I dont find enough words to describe their work culture. Management is poor, all they care about the money. Please dont fall for their words like THEY CARE FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES once you are out you will have to run behind them for final settlement. They dont even bother to update you. Its you who will have to follow them back because you are the needy one here. One should rather open a tea stall but never join concentrix. And yeah if anyone is going to join please keep a back up plan because you can be asked to leave anytime after the training if you dont clear out assessment.

I would not suggest working there, the hiring process is liking you are getting into big mnc but the salary they will offer is worse than grade 4 job, work culture is toxic and managers there doesn’t care about the employees at all

Salary never increase even after 4 years. Does not show value for senior employee. Transport both side cab not provided anymore when I started job this was provided. Dirty politics among managers.

Salary is credited on time but with all the deductions. There is no night allowance , target achievement bonus , overtime pay allowance given to employees. Only "IR" is raised and employees are a target and have to face huge salary loss . What basic pay and salary which is mentioned in the appointment is far low than what employees receive as in hand salary

Dislikes

TEAM LEADER : MS ARCHANA BUHALIKAR . She never books transport for the employees, after the life of some employees and team mates whom she dislikes. Never supports or helps the teammate whom she dislikes and ensures that those team mates dont perform on the process and they are thrown out of the organisation. Employees are so harassed with her that they have to call for POLICE SECURITY for basic things at work to get their work done. She never gives or approves leaves to anyone and does not know how to handle and manage the team. She only brings her big fat body dumps on the chair and sleeps entire night on the floor. She has time to smoke but no time to book transport and ensure safety for the employees. Such pathetic team leaders should be held before Magistrate court and surely should be sent behind bars.

-Salary will be as much as they offered. There are PF facility, overtime payment and bonus depending on work. -If your TL doesn't approve your leave for a half day even when your body is unwell, you can try to ask his/her manager. Reach out to them only after maintaining the hierarchy.

Dislikes

-The TL i was under was very unprofessional. She played favourites and due to which the ones she was "friends" with got a lot of leaves. That was harmful for the rest of employees working under her as we were forced to go to office even when we were sick, had bad coughs, vomiting a lot or voice wasn't coming out properly. It eventually came to a point where I had to quit for the health issues that became worse, even though I complained about it multiple times. They'll tell you to have medicine and come to work. And i made having medicines for health into a habit.
