The work experience was simply wonderful. Training was good, process was good and so was the salary and work environment. The night shift was a bit of the problem. Other than that, everything was good. The work floor could use a bit of music and bean bags (helpful for back pain which is a gift of sitting in the same roller chair for 9 hours).

Dislikes

The break timings could be more flexible, not complaining though. The night shift truly was a big disaster on my social and personal life. There was literally no time for myself. The one way cab was also an issue. For night shift, two way cabs should be introduced.

Likes

I do want to leave as soon as i get a new job but concentrix is not a bad company, working environment is good, cafeteria is also good i would say.

Dislikes

everything else is good other than low salary and a ton of work. If you are okay with night shifts, you should be able to work here. Oh and also working hours are like 10hr a day and you only get ,1 hour break (this is including washrooms break)

...se presentation of the truth but necessarily in order to justify their actions. (Meaning to fire me without any compensation as the compensation was pretty enough money) 2. They asked me to work from the Company eventhough I had already explain multiple times that it is impossible as I face a serious health problem.Not interested to support families with heavy medical issues. b.Apart from that would anyone sane disagree that from the moment I received bullying, the same people from the Office wouldstop torturing me? 3. They informed me also that I will not take the epidoma from OAED because I had resigned and not that they had dismissed me. Oikiotheli apoxorhsh.Not true. They set up it so beautifully as to intimidated me for another time. 4. They send me Dikastiko epimeliti to notify me about my "rights" . They informed me " indirectly" that I had to pay also for the transportation of their equipment. Still under investigation regarding to see who had paid the Box now(maybe I had done it without my consent as it is very unclear from their part ) in order to return the equipment. First time in order to work I had paid 14 € for the taxi and of course the money never given back. I am wondering their prejudiced behavior from where came from? Aggressiveness,lack of support,lack of opportunities,lack of stimulation for improvement. Their "clique" had all acquired significant positions with big salaries.(when they had perfomed their duties "accordingly"). Heartless people with a lot of complex. Unprofessional behavior. P.S. They think that they have the right to treat the people like this because for them anyone that is different from their way of thinking is worthless and it deserves this unethical behavior. 🍀

Management is helpful and approachable. No partiality. Everyone is treated equally over here

Dislikes

Salary could be a bit higher. The hike which happens everyyear based on rating is too low. That is why most people i gues leave the organisation. Apart from this, everything is good and upto the mark
