Low pay, HR’s are pathetic, they just can’t talk properly including the HR manager. HR fails to explain and calmly answer your query. You will get promotions but pay will always be lower than it’s competitors in the market. They claim to be the employee friendly but trust me they are not.

I have had the privilege to learn and grow significantly due to the continued guidance and motivation of Leaders in Bangalore Office

lack of clarity in communication about recent changes in compensation. Candidates being onboarded before their Background Verification has been completed sometimes lead to attrition as late as almost 8-10 months into their job.

Its a very great place to work for as the work environment is great and everyone gets alot of chances to grow their career.

The salary is the only thing that is not good at Concentrix as they do not provide the salary that you deserve.

Full of politics, manager's will change eligibility criteria for their position and no increment in salary's. The selection process in IJP is worst.. all ineligible candidates will get selected. Overall a bad experience in CNX.
