Good work life balance is the most attractive thing in concentrix, I was part of Westpac process. Good work culture and job security was there, all together its a good place to work.

Dislikes

The only thing which i dislike with concentrix is, the compensation for a person was not calculated on the basis of experience, their will be a max pay for a role, irrespective of your experience you have to compromise on that.

job in this company is like govt job. On time salary.

hike in salary is very low. no much opportunity and career growth is null. good for those who wish to do job for time pass. lot of partiality is done by management / managers among the employs. There is no good benefits other than esi and pf. don't expect any bonus here. no free cab for male employees even during night shift.

Overall good feedback, job security is their. But more challenging for salary especially in big city like Bangalore getting lesser salary is very much challenging to survive.
