It's resources management company and job security is not good. For high salary person i don't recommend this organisation. Deduction and Insurance are very costly compared to other organisations No learning resources from external except that Udemy. Don't join this organisation if you are Flutter Developer because they have small limited clients.

It's primarily a BPO company, keeping that in mind there is not much to like but job security is the only positive thing about Concentrix.

Dislikes

...not on weekends but if you don't work then expect a negative vibes from them. Salary is bare minimum just to keep you afloat, and better forget about the appraisal. Most likely you will end up working in night shift for which there is no shift allowance. Company provides cab facility but you will have to pay for it. If you cancel the cab when it is scheduled for you on the day, they will deduct money from your salary. There is incentives of 2.5k (max), although you could easily find much higher incentives in other BPO jobs.

1. The best part about working here is the work culture. 2. The compensation is good. 3. Appreciation for the work that is put in. 4. Appraisal has a good process too. 5. Office space is really nice and ergonomic. 6. Managers are very friendly.

Good Hrs, they are always available and responsive. Pay structure as there is no variable pay and shift allowances while on weekend support.

Career growth is completely dependent on the allocated project. Very difficult to switch to different project.
