...erformance. Rest everything is fine. No doubt if anyone thinks to join can join. Salary vl be on time with out any delay. I vl not say that it is not a decent pay. But one thing u need to keep in mind here when joining u need to prepared to work 10hrs a day with out any night shift allowances which makes really worst and pathetic when compared with other companies. Really hard and tough to say to anyone.

10hr work culture and no night shift allowance at all. With 75rs chargeable cab facility, both way with 150rs per day. When other companies like 247.ai is giving 2 way free cab I don't know why Concentrix is charging employees.

The process I was into was Walmart and it was very monotonous and there where many faults with the process, we were not given much help after training period and were thrown under the bus for the mistakes of operations dept in Walmart, so please join other process in concentrix if u want to keep your mental health intact.

Dislikes

Everything alone the company is good and bonus is the only thing keeping you motivated to keep pushing.

I was working for Smartphone process.. I gained knowledge of Lenovo and Motorola smartphones.. If the process wasn't downgrade then definitely I am working there only.. Environment is Good here.. Freshers can learn things very easily.. Trainers and team leaders will help us to gain the knowledge.. Overall I had Good experience.

I am very disappointed for salary hike.. When process downgraded then company didn't give us a salary hike which impacts on our career growth and good salary package in next company.

It's a great place for a fresher as it is a place to kick start your career with lots of learning abilities.

Dislikes

Can't expect growth here. Or the experience of this company doesn't matters much outside as the pay scheme on papers and hand varies on performance.

Salary is tooo low to work with, and recognizing a person talent is less....and high poitics. Promotions are less for the eligible experienced persons
