4 years bond. Won't give experience letter if you leave before that. No culture. No training. Poor salary. Can even talk freely in office. Dirty washrooms.

Easy to get job. But Nothing career.

6 month to 1 year we can't expect salary. If they give also it won't be full. following hike also won't have on time or less hike. Too much politics and 4 years bond.

The company make the employees to work in latest technology like BLE mesh, and wireless technology and automotive products so as my personal experience working more than 2 IDE and debugging skills and learnt protocols like I2C,SPI,UART in short duration of time

Work environment is not such good one and there is no on-job training for freshers so have to learn by own
