Toxic work culture even within the associates, associate consultant, managers. Don't even join as Associate consultant / Consultant with excellent previous track record you will regret later part of your career. No recognition / No respect only home grown associates will be always treated like a gems as If they are awarded from Harvard / Oxford. Not much stuff as business ethics getting worst rated projects by fooling clients. Work-life balance is very poor. A normal day starts at 11 AM (Morning) and ends up at 1 AM (Night). Company's culture is bottoms up (Mostly driven according to the Teams) rather being driven from the Top and therefore lacs Transparency

The work culture is worse here. Manager give KT and says I have done my work and now it's your responsibility to handle the entire work. No support is provide and job security is a nightmare.Manager pressurize every now and then for work.

Force people out of the blue into PIP, no clear metrics provided , no feedback , just asked to leave. ' Treat people right' is the biggest irony . Politics entrenched in the DNA of the leadership here . Worst firm to be at , specially for lateral hires.

1. Work Life balance is beyond terrible. While it is generally expected that WLB in consulting is not great, ZS has managed to set a new gold standard for how bad it can get. 2. People don't respect each other and egos run high. 3. Culture is extremely toxic, don't be surprised if some randon dude comes and shouts at you on your first day. 4. Laterals don't get proper training but managers place them in projects and says - "We have done our part, you need to manage the project from today on your own." Not recommended at all....Read More

They have people from Amity and lower grade college. One of the director is in Supply chain team and she had done her graduation in Hospital management. You will find people with no talent. Strict No, don’t join. If joining, always go for some pharma team there. Say No to any other specially ATC team.

Treating people like an option 8nstead of treating them right, providing opportunities to grow. If you are not in the good list, and if you don't have any support. You won't be able to climb the career ladder. You will be just stuck and possibly start looking opportunities outside like most of the people who have already left or are leaving soon.
