1. Salary/review/promotion is solely dependent on your immediate seniors and team, which can play out either in your benefit or loss, but is ultimately unjust. 2. Getting stuck with ZS's internal tools can become a major blockade in your personal career development. 3. Work-life culture can go to shit pretty quickly based on the project you're on. 4. Overhead work almost never finishes. 5. While courses are there to add to your personal growth, often times these are of much use because you will end up forgetting whatever you learnt if it's not in your project....Read More
