Likes

The best thing about ZS is the work culture. As 80% of the employees are from quite young age group, you can easily gel up with others in a very informal way. Even the senior management is very humble and easily approachable. ZS gives equal opportunities to grow irrespective of your education background.

Dislikes

Like all consulting firms, work life balance is a common problem for most of the client spaces or pods in ZS. Due to high attrition rate, it is always a challenge to onboard and train new members on an ongoing basis.

Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Work life balance is very much project and team specific. If you are fortunate enough to get an understanding client with a stable team, a normal working day would be typically 8-10 hours. In worst cases, you could be logging in 10-13 hours a day.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
