Work culture, unpaid over time. If not willing to do overtime they will ask to leave the company no job security.. JPmorgan service desk is mostly worst there is no proper management. Manager will ask to login any time if there is ticket flow even in weekends they will call you and ask you to login without paid overtime. Full 9 hours shift without break even they won’t allow to go for washroom need to work continuously for 9 hours. If we ask break, paid OT manager will ask to leave the company. Worst company whoever will join will regret within few weeks. Better not to join so company will know the importance of employees....Read More

There's nothing good about this company the salary breakage is worse, you cannot expect correct salary every month If you ask for promotion they take revange on you Never employee at this company
