ZOI is a pretentious company because there is no respect for an employer. Only demotivat is done.titus sir good CEO Yes, there are other managers, but I get tired of taking their names🥴. Because they think their ego is important, there are some examples. Employees are threatened that if some update is mistakenly left for one time, leave them directly or else I will cut the payment. And ZOI doesn't have money only during bonus and increment, but also lakhs of rupees while giving gifts to some egoistic managers. Liquor is money then. So now more than half of the employees have left and some others are going to leave. And one last thing is that there is a faltu activity taken as a morning session, if you are not in it, your increment is reduced 🤣 This is a bad logic of a manager🥱. 1.The company has nothing good to say about the company. Whatever project meets Titus sir only. Everyone else shows ego and attitude with their bogus software. 2.Focus On the bugs of trakzo application, Not on morning session. 3.You’re too bossy and it's hurting teams.
