Absolutely no work life balance. Too much accountability on one and hence work pressure is high. Salary increments are not industry standard

Work life balance sucks, not much to learn, everything is being done on the go. No common culture and each practice has its own way of doing things. Some of the practices are highly operational and could include managing client travel bookings or buying their office stuff too. Make sure you discuss with alums before deciding to join them

Many things: 1. Compensation is very poor 2. Engagement Manager knows nothing - no logic - no numbers - nothing. And she does nothing about it too. But the brunt of quality of work is on you. If something goes wrong, you are put to take the blame. 3. Poeple who are good at pleasing manager can survive and grow. others get no growth. 4. Despite multiple complaints on the poor manager, no action has been taken since the higher ups hired the manager so they don't want to take that blame of a wrong hire.
